	What has to be evaluated when designing raised floors? Remember that designing raised floors requires an attentive pre-emptive evaluation of certain aspects regarding:


	Which are the features of the supporting structure of a raised floor? The supporting structure of a raised floor is made of supports and crossbeams completely realised in galvanised steel, for heights that can vary from 3 cm to over 1 metre.


	Which material is used for filling the open joint? To give minimum but fundamental elasticity to the surface, the slabs must be laid and glued with open joint, choosing the width according to the shape of the slabs. The filling material must be chosen favouring the elasticity features as much as possible, to be obtained with the use of special flexible latex to be added to stucco with medium-large grains.


	Which is the suitable adhesive to guarantee safety and duration of the curtain walls? The adhesive is particularly important because it must work as mediator in the different expansion tensions of the ceramic tiling and of the substrate.


	Which is the laying methods of the adhesive for curtain walls? Florim Solutions recommends the "double spreading" technique, consisting in the laying of a glue layer on the support and on the back of the ceramic tiles to be glued.


	Which features must the expansion joints of a glued outdoor ceramic tiling have? To guarantee duration and resistance in time of the glued walls, the movements of the structure and the different dimensional variations due to the thermal changes, must be absorbed by the expansion joints, which must interest the thickness of the tiling and of the plaster.


	How is safety and duration in time of ceramic materials used in glued outdoor tiling guaranteed? For the ceramic tiling to carry out its work of protection for a long time when applied in facade, precise rules must be complied with regarding the choice of materials and their correct installation, in that the tiling will have to work in extreme ambient conditions (unlike a floor or indoor tiling, that work in fairly balanced thermal and hygrograph conditions).


	Which features must the ceramic material used for outdoor tiling have? A ceramic tile used to tile facade must have, as well as the physical-mechanical property requested from the normal floor materials, a series of features guaranteeing its resistance in time to atmospheric agents.


	How is the economical analysis of a ventilated facade tiling carried out? In composing the cost of a ventilated wall, the variations intervening are many. This is why it is very difficult to propose a univocal price list in that, project by project, the components and particulars of the facade in question must be analysed.
