Features
The raised floor (also called floating) allows to conciliate two features of the buildings, apparently in contradiction: the unvariableness of the wall structures and the need to have an easily and flexibly amendable engineering network. This solution drastically reduces the intervention times compared to a traditional glued floor.

A raised floor is formed of supporting panels made of a 3-4 cm thick soul centre, cement-based, inerts and resins, or in compressed wood chipping. The panel is water-proofed in the lower part to avoid the absorption of damp from the substrate and therefore bordered in the perimeter with plastic material. The ceramic slabs are laid on such panels and the system in this way obtained is subsequently rested on a steel structure of variable height, inside which electric, hydraulic, fire-prevention, telephone, air conditioning, heating systems, etc., are placed.
This system makes the floor always serviceable and accessible from any point, simply by lifting the panels.
